Day 1. Tashkent

Early morning arrival in Tashkent. Meeting with a guide and driver at the airport.
Sightseeing Tashkent:

  • Complex Hast-Imam
  • Medrese Kukeldosh
  • Charsu Bazaar            
  • Amir Temur Square    
  • Museum of Art           
  • Independence Square

 Lunch in center of Pilaf (where guests will be able to have the Tashkent pilaf).Rest at the hotel. Dinner in national restaurant, degustation of manti (main course: soup and manti).
Transfer to the railway station. Night in evening train to Urgench.

 

Day 2. Tashkent – Urgench – Khiva

Breakfast in the train. Arrival in Urgench. Transfer to Khiva by transport. Check in.
Lunch in traditional house (main course: soup, pilaf of Khiva, and special meal – tukhum barak).
Sightseeing of Khiva:

  • Ichan Kala (Inner part of the city) 
  • Kyuni Ark Fortress
  • Medrese and Minaret of Islom Khodja

Master class on cooking gumma (pies) in local restaurant.Night in Khiva.

 

Day 3. Khiva

Breakfast in the hotel. Continuation of the tour program.Drive out to the lake in the outskirts of Khiva. Lunch (main course: fried freshly caught fish). Return to Khiva. Free time.
Dinner in local restaurant. (main course: khorezmian kebab). Night in Khiva.

 

Day 4. Khiva - Bukhara

Early transfer to Bukhara by road. Lunch - on the way (lunch boxes).Arrival in Bukhara.
Sightseeing of Bukhara:

  • Mausoleum of Chashma Ayub 
  • Bolo Hauz pond  
  • Ark Fortress 
  • Lyabi Hauz ensemble
  • Samanids mausoleum

Tea party in Tea House with orient sweets.Folklore show in Medrese Divan Begi.
Dinner at Traditional House, degustation of tandir kabab (main course: assorted dolma, tandir kabab, Bukhara’s somsa).Night in Bukhara.

 

Day 5. Bukhara – Samarkand - Tashkent

Early morning transfer to the railway station. Travelling to Samarkand by train Shark(2 hours).
Arrival to Samarkand.
Sightseeing tour of Samarkand:

  • Mausoleum of Amir Temur
  • Observatory of Ulugbek        
  • Shahi Zinda Complex                
  • Bibi Khanum Mosque     
  • Registan Complex

Lunch. Degustation of Samarkand’s pilaf in pilaf center.Shopping in Siob Bazaar.Transfer to the railway station. Travelling to Tashkent by train Afrosiob (2 hours).Transfer to the airport. Going back home.
